Shipping, Returns & Sizing
Shipping within Australia
A standard shipping cost is applied to each product as you order it online.
You will receive a notification when your item has shipped. Once the item ships, you should receive it in 2-8 days. Please allow 2 weeks for an item to arrive before getting in touch to check in.
Unfortunately our standard postal service does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please allow a little extra time for us to arrange delivery, if this is you.
Shipping Internationally
You should see the option for ordering to international addresses. Automatically priced at ‘standard’ shipping rates and speeds, which can take some time to arrive. If this is a concern for you, please contact me and we can discuss a custom quote for international shipping.
Returns & exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on products or exchanges for a change of mind.
Occasionally, there will be troubles in transport. If your product arrives with any damage, please email patternandpatch@gmail.com with a photo of the product, a description of what’s gone wrong, and the date you purchased it. If you purchased it in store at one of our stockists, please include that same information.
a quick guide to product sizes
Sometimes it’s hard to tell the size of something on a screen! Here’s a quick guide to sizes for standard pattern & patch products, and what we mean when we say ‘small’, ‘medium’ or ‘large’. Given that every piece is handmade, no two shapes are ever exactly the same, and sizes do vary a little.
Regardless of their size, all our earrings are ultra-thin and lightweight.
