This riso-printed print has a pattern I’ve nicknamed confetti moon: a bit silly, a bit classy, very geometric. This card is printed in black ink. It’s an original Pattern and Patch design, printed by the good folks at ColourCode printing in Toronto, Canada, on one of their excellent risograph printers*.

*Wondering what risograph printing is? Riso printing is a bit like a combination of screen printing, stencil printing, and photocopying. Risograph prints are little different to regular digital prints: each colour is printed onto the card individually, and so the card you receive may have a slightly different alignment; and the colour layer is printed through a stencil-like fine screen, so the detailed patterns may have a slightly grainy appearance.
